I have picked up oil from the bottom edge of the case and will pump it directly via a cooler into the input and output shafts, then also through a light relief valve T-pieced back to the top of the ATB diff center.

Sorry I was in a rush with the last post. I should have said its a 1UZ-FE auto bell housing bolted to the mid mounting plate, with the original V6 UN1 bell housing cut down and milled to make a face plate for the gearbox.

Here is the photo again with the holes marked. They are about 40mm deep and in the same place on both sides of the transmission. I see in the Renault oil leak post that you have these holes with a bracket fitted to them. Steven

Here is a photo of the two 3 inch space mounting hole, just above the drive spline. I havent seen them on othe UN1's.
