Does anyone have pictures of the shifter in a VW powered Nemesis?

I am curious to see how crammed the shifter would be in the cockpit of a VW powered Nemesis. Does anyone have a picture of the shifter in a VW/Audi powered 5 or 6 speed Nemesis? Thanks

    Nemesis 2 Tandem

You can make 5-600+whp with a 1.8t or 2.0t which is way more than enough in this chassis, so there is really no need to try and squeeze in a v6 and all of the extra plumbing for an extra turbo.

    V6 in sl-c???

If you go with a 6cylinder, a bolt-on 500+hp GT3RS flat 6 would be pretty sweet! But I think the new 5.2L FPC Voodoo wins my vote!

Would be awesome for an unlimited class with a 5.2L FPC Voodoo from the new GT350 :D

Audi makes longitudinal DSG transaxles, albeit they are probably very expensive. Not sure if it would be worth it or even possible to use such a gearbox...

    Mid-engine vette?

If they do it, they better bring back those darn circle tail lights! I almost vomited when I saw Camaro tail lights on the C7 Vette :/

Audi V10 in Porsche 917 from So. Africa

The Viper engine sounds like a truck because it started life as a truck engine lol. The only change originally was that they cast the block in aluminum. Of course it has come a long way since then, but it is still just a v10 from a truck :lipsrsealed:

    Nemesis 2 Tandem

I wonder how much heavier it is. I also would like to see it with body panels

    New SL-C owner

About the weight, did you take it to a trunk weighing station? If so, the scale would have been calibrated for big trucks, so 4-5000kgs would be very light, therefore when you are weighing a car, especially one as light as an SLC, you may be dealing with a very inaccurate reading. It would be...

Can't decide what color to paint your car check this out

I'm pretty sure there is a company working on something like this. Unlike the video, they have the paint working but it would cost over 100 grand to paint your car, and it isn't very durable either. Maybe someday color changing paint will be an option, but for now you will have to stick with the...

    Ceramic carbon brakes

Fran I've heard the Forgeline EV1 18" wheels will clear the CC ZR1 brake system. That's what it says on a few forums, but I've never seen it in person. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c6-corvette-zr1/2379309-forgeline-ev1-one-piece-wheels.html

    Ceramic carbon brakes

The problem with cc is that although they may last twice the life of steel, but if you track your car often they wont last for shit and then you're spending 8k to replace your rotors. They don't deliver more stopping power than steel, just less fade and the reduction in rotational mass makes a...

    Mazda 20 B engine in SL-C

Everyone keeps saying they want a 4 rotor, but don't they have some serious issues with the oil cooler?

Anyone slap a formula style wing on a Nemesis? And will a turbo busa motor fit?

So I was thinking about geting a superlite coupe, but this economy isn't helping so I scrapped my plans and decided I'd do some research on something a little bit cheaper and the nemesis caught my interest. I have been abusing the google button and searching the forums, but I can't seem to find...

    Flat Plane Crank LS1

Well this is where budget comes in to play more. If you plan on revving you want the lightest valve train possible, so Ti retainers would be best, but they are going to run you about $500 more than the ss chromoly. I believe valve size will depend on your other head work. So that depends on cams...

    Flat Plane Crank LS1

You don't need a turbo, you could go cams and maybe some ported heads and you'll make plenty of power, and your power curve will look soo much better than a turbo motor! Also, they are kind of pricey but would be a lot better in the long run if you plan on revving this motor like you say, but...
