Another part of the airintake, I used the same handtools to shape it. Something happened to the flat surface with the round flange but I solved it with shrinking to flatten it again. welded in: o/a welding the corners and the flat part Frontend with the intake

I made a simple handtool to round that corner of with a hammer, works fine! Thanks for your compliments! Axel

Thanks for your help Rod, I actually did it with a bead roller and a little extra panel for each side and I am going to weld it in...

Now comes some difficult panels for the front, I am working out its face with headlights and the plexi cover for this needs a recessed surface. I am trying to figure out how to do the recess with metal, my cutout in the frontwing is already too big, so I need to add some material...it would be...
