15" Wheels over Corvette Brakes?

Does anyone know if 15" wheels will fit over C4 Corvette brakes? I'm thinking of using a BRM knockoff wheel. I was going to use 17" but I like the period correct look of the 15". There's not much selection of 16" tires anymore.

they will fit. My first cobra had c4 susp and brakes and I used 15 inch PSE wheels without a problem

Best to check your rotor size to be sure before investing in wheels. The 15 inch wheels I first had for my car would not fit over the Corvett 13" rotor and caliper. The ribs on the caliper interfared with the inside corner of the rim.

In order for us to use C4 calipers with cast 15" wheels (on an ERA), we have to cut the rotors down to 11.75" OD. With a different wheel/offset, you may be luckier.

Standard C4 rotors are 11.75"....13 " are extra duty.
I have 15 " wheels on my Lola....tight fit...but does clear.

One thing for certain is that 15" steel rims do not fit over C4 Corvette brakes. Makes it hard to find rims for paint.

Alloy wheels tend to have a little more clearance than steel wheels.
