Hi Pete,
I built my own,i used the flanges off orginal exhaust manifolds(lincoln mk8 engine) made a tool to shape 1-3/4 dia pipe stubs and then went from there using bends and donuts into 3 inch collectors
these are for a supercharged cobra heads with the rectangular ports. I made the flanges from 3/8" ss plate and formed the rectangular to round sections over a steel mandrel. 30" equal length 1 3/4" tubes to a 2 1/2" collector with a 3" reversion cone.
Pete you live in an area where there are many water jets, I would suggest having the flanges cut out with a waterjet and then buy all the bends from burns stainless. They have a website with Mike Trusty's MK2 as a featured photo.

I started out buying from burns stainless and received some bends that were crap. then found Columbia river bending. they sell a better bend for half the price. much rounder through the bend and no clamp marks or wrinkles from the bender like the ones from burns.
