Aluminium Monocoque Chassis

Pictures of the latest version of the Tornado TSC GT40 Replica Aluminium Monocoque chassis.
Construction is Aluminium Honey comb that is bonded and riveted.
The adhesive is a structural epoxy originally formulated for use on the Space Shuttle.
There are 1551 rivets used in each Monocoque.
This one was just waiting for collection by its lucky owner.
