I'm pretty sure there is a company working on something like this. Unlike the video, they have the paint working but it would cost over 100 grand to paint your car, and it isn't very durable either. Maybe someday color changing paint will be an option, but for now you will have to stick with the camelion paint like the Mystichrome and Mystic mustang cobras
