Carlisle All Ford GT40 display

Man. What a let down! I was told that they didn't want my car in their display because they wanted " '60s era original cars" . They had ABSOLUTELY NO original GT40s there! The only GT40s present were the Holman Moody Mk2 #40 and a black CAV Mk1. There was also a Backdraft/CAV outside in one of the vendor displays.
What a bummer. They did have some nice small block AC Cobras there though.

All I can say is they should've taken a look at your car, or taken a better look if they did. Your's is extremely vintage in it's overall appearance as well as dimensionally accurate.
