cav Lucas amp meter

Hello all
What do you people do to illuminate cav-lucas ammeter, at night....?
the other smiths gauges is straight forward... but here.... cav .... I'm lost a bit... while their is no provision for a bulb or bulb holder

My memory is far from perfect, but on one of my British cars, I had some 45-50 years ago, there was a small stamped steel bulb holder that clipped onto the top (perimeter) of the gauge and the light from that lamp shown in through the windows you see around the gauge.
I will look for an illustration of the bulb holder..

Yes! It looks a lot like that - maybe even exactly like that. I thought I remembered it being clipped on, but probably mistaken.
