I appreciate the e-mail manual that was sent directly. The forum is really great. Now a related question, where can I find the sources for the various CAV bits that were acquired from other companies? (i.e. the brakes, steering rack etc.)

I should have an electronic (pdf) manual soon. We are updating the current version and I will have 700 plus high res images of various parts and build stages also available.

I will give you a call tomorrow re the screws and seat.

I have a paper copy of the CAV owner's manual (for a pre-100 car), I'd be happy to make a .pdf of that and share if there's interest. And, of course, so long as that's OK with John/Jean at Autofutura.

I, for one, would greatly appreciate a PDF copy of the shop manual. I have the owner's manual but the shop manual would come in handy.

Hi Tom and John, no problem, I can crank that out in about 30 minutes. Let me just check with John and Jean in SA to see if they have a problem with that. I'm thinking that they probably acquired all the CAV copyright rights in their purchase so before making it electronic and distributing it I should just check with them.
