clutch release bearing

Hi all can anyone tell me which clutch release bearing to use I have a renault 21 box with renault fork mated to a rover v8 with adapter bellhousing.ita a hydrualic clutch mechanism.

can anybody help me with a part no??
i was told it was a lotus clutch fitted to the rover v8 looking at the release bearing it has an o/d of 40mm and the hole between the pressure plate fingers is 40mm so it slips straight through doesnt push on the fingers.
does anyone know if say a renault 21 or 25 clutch release bearing has a bigger o/d than 40mmm.
or will a lotus clutch release bearing fit the renault gearbox shaft.
any help would be appriciated
