For those of you in the Connecticut area, there's a huge car show put on by members of the UCONN car club this Sunday. I've been helping at the show for a few years now. Lloyd has been going with his '40 for a number of years, and it is always a highlight of the show and usually comes home with a few trophies.
The big news this year is the new venue at Rentschler. As LLoyd can attest to (busted oil pan), the roads around the UCONN campus were not the best for lower cars. This year, there's plenty of wide open space, and it's right off of 84. I'd love to see a few more '40's if any of you have a free Sunday afternoon. :thumbsup: It's late notice, but there aren't too many '40 owners in this area anyway and I didn't even think about posting this.

RENTSCHLER FIELD, EAST HARTFORD CT
Directly off I-84, use the Silver Lane entrance
Hours:
Gates open @ 9:00 am (Please try not to come earlier because the lot will not be ready)
Registration closes @ 12:00 pm
Gates will remain open until the beginning of awarding Trophies
Trophies by 1:30-2:00 pm
Price:
$10 per car to show,
$3 per car for spectator parking in separate lot
