Coupe question

Fran,
Why was the intake manifold reversed on the LS engine in the Coupe?
How much room is there between the front of the engine to the firewall?

the intake is symetrical and may be fitted "reversed" to give clearance for the throttle body and air filter. Simple to do. You may also reverse the valve covers on earlier LS engines with EGR/PCV plumbing. It seems there is more than sufficient clearance for the LS-7 engine at the front.
