Fuel Rail Pressure

Hi
Getting close to starting the beast, fuel system is all in and dry after one failed UN fitting but does anyone know the best pressure to set the fuel rail? Mine is a stroked 302 running a Jenvey TB system with Motec ECU, I have a sytec pressure regulator, the ECU is currently showing the pressure to be 3.5 bar but I have also just purchased a screw in regulator to double check.
Cheers

Doesn't matter too much. What is very important is that the fuel injector specifications you enter into your ECU match with the fuel rail pressure.

Also important that your regulator is vacuum referenced. Otherwise your tune will have to compensate for that delta, and it becomes messy with fuel adders such as accel enrichment etc. If your fuel pressure is controlled by pulse-width on your fuel pump, the pressure should be regulated comparatively to the MAP pressure (normally the ECU's support this function)
