GD T70 w/ LS7 engine - dyno pull

Guys,

not much of a video, shot with a still camera running video, so the resolution stinks etc. Anyway, here's a pic vid of the car making a pull on the Mustang dyno. Engine is a LS7 with a slightly bigger cam, exhaling through cats and Borla mufflers.

Still more tuning to do, but I think it sounds OK!

On the engine dyno it made 575. Don't have the numbers from the roller yet...

brilliant figures. is it a built forged engine or stock?

it has forged pistons, stock crank and rods. The cam is about 13 degrees longer on intake, a few degrees on exhaust, both with higher lift. Also has Caddy lifters in it, Manley exhaust valves (stockers prone to breakage under severe use) as well as heavier valve springs.

peak power at 6300 rpm, but will rev to 7100 w/o issue. Idea was slightly more power, without killing fuel economy with tons of valve overlap - the tank in the car is already fairly small.

nice spec. mmine is forged ls6 stock heads, 220/220cam and better lifters/springs/pushrods. not dynod it on this engine so unsure what mine will make. i rev mine to 6300rpm thats all.
