I used to host a GT40 get-together in front of my house once a year for anybody with GT40. I had as many as 13 in one year. In any case, I will try and ask around the group. Was the car you are interested in a CAV and have a 6-speed ZF in it? I am sure this one did. I rode in this car and I seem to remember that stereo under the dash. I don't usually require a fee for a nicely asked favor like yours. If your car had a 6-speed ZF then that's it as they are very rare. I'll ask around. His name is Bob Silva and he lived in the SF bay area Calif. 6 years ago. I might be able to run him down.
