WHOOAH there, Not necessarily. There was a company in the UK called hi-tech. They are NOT the same company, This car here Classic Driver - CARS FOR SALE - Cars
I think is from the UK company and NOT from south africa.

Hi-Tec welding built a few chassis on the same estate in Kidderminster as Tornado is now. They dissappeared years ago.

I checked it furtherout ,it is a french owner with an strange english registration document(not complete) and he never managed to road register the beast
