GT 40 "Tulip" walnut shift knobs with emblem

We finally have available a nice walnut wood shift knob. These are hand turned, feature an enameled insert with red/white/blue accents on bright edges. The knobs have a steel threaded insert for the shift lever so there is no threading into wood. The finish is a friction temperature sealed oil that resists skin oils. The inserts are available in M10x1.50 for Superformance, M10x1.25 and 1/2"x20 (RCR and others) Other threads are available by special order. The knob is 2" tall by 1.375 (1 3/8") and has the "tulip" shape of the FAV supplied knobs. Some other woods are available on special order such as Brazilian Rosewood, Birdseye Maple, etc.

We have changed from a varnish type coating to a heat activated sealer. It doesn't soften in the hand and body oils don't stain it.
