gtd cable linkage

can anybody tell me the best way to set up the above linkage
i using a center tunnel change the cable's connects to the looking from the back the left hand side of the gearbox and i want a conventional 1st top left gear change also any pics of the brackets used for the stay arm would help any info links or pics will help no matter how small
