GULF 1075 decal details

Hi all,
Reaching out to see if anyone would be kind enough to supply the font/typeface of the No.6 number on 1075 l969 le mans winner...
Not sure on size of Roundel either but scaling off seems in the region of 21"... happy to stand to be corrected.

Thanks guys ...reached out to Raceline to ask them and no response yet...
The FORD cill font is Microgramma but sadly this is not the font for No.6...
Someone out there must know so will keep looking...
If I find out will defo post as I am sure it will be useful to have on the forum...

The No. 6 is not a standard font
We have them available and they are purpose made so that the No. 6 is correct

Sadly the car is being finished overseas and the graphics are being bespoke made. I'll come up with some solution to get match something as close as possible to original....

I think you’re pretty close with Microgramma medium font for No. 6

You could look at US Navy font, but thats more for Mk2 P1016.

After a good deal of investigation ladt night the vlosest I could find was New York Line font...
Please see attached... its pretty close and best I could fo... hope others find it useful if required...

Well, alot of different stuff show up when searching.
This is the book cover from the porter press book and the font beside is microgramma d extended.

I am guessing the original was maybe painted so its just a question of getting as close as possible and choosing which one you consider best...

Replied to your email requests btw. No font will replicate it, numbers were painted on which is why a font won't do it. Some close but not so much.

Take the photo No 8 to any good sign shop. They can scan it and produce an identical copy.
