Hey gang,
It's been a while since I've had a question, I'm working on a customers car and I've never liked the way these bolts work , they always loosen up and eventually fall off . What other methods of fastening have you guys used to fasten these ?

Of course they loosen and fall off. You need to use all-metal lock nuts.
