LS EFI bits and pieces

It's pretty common knowledge the ls3 376/480 tune was messed up last year, although GM did fix it at some point.

The one with the 525 also blows ass and required a fair bit of work on the dyno if you want to clean things up to improve drivability and power.

Whomever writes the tunes for GM Performance should be castrated. Or at least fired.
