Migrant crisis: a solution.....

Send them all to Poland and Latvia. All the Polish and Latvians are living in the UK, so those countries must surely need immigrant people quite desperately?!

Problem solved!

Did you see them on the Hungarian border ?
Predominately in their 20's & 30's and with a belligerent
attitude.....as if we owe them something..wtf ...
Not grateful, not one bit...
It's about time the wheat was sorted from the chaff.
My guess is 80% don't fulfil the criteria as being genuine refugees
from Syria. On the BBC they interviewed genuine Syrian refugees,
who complained that the majority were economic migrants from
Eritrea, South Sudan, Afghan and bizzarely Pakistan...
As a Pakistani freely admitted, there are plenty of areas of his country
that are not affected by strife.
Some Syrians revealed that in order to get on boats from Turkey, the
people smugglers charged them and then demanded their genuine Syrian passports as part of the deal. These passports were then sold on to non Syrians.
Intelligence circles here have advised the government that at least 2%
entering Europe are IS fighters. My guess is more like 5%.
God help us...
What has Adolf Merkel encouraged.

The media will hide the truth at all cost.
Hmmm another video not on mainstream media - why?
The food and water were provided by the Red Cross and was not acceptable
because - the Cross is a "Christian" symbol. Perhaps also the water was not
certified Halal!!
Why was it not on TV ? They discard food and water and there is
predominance of young men?
Please forward this to everyone you know.

What about the Stiralians approach in 2012, often wondered if it slowed down the problem after they scuttled that boat.

I read an article about the Dad of the child that drowned and whose picture was sent around the world causing hand wringing.

Sure the boat sinking was tragic but the background story was that they had been happily resident in Turkey for over 3 years - he woas working and earning reasonable money

He had some dental issues and decided he would move to Europe for free dental work

The tragic boat trip is what happened

How many are refugees and how many migrants looking for a handout?

Oh, yeah...let's ALL welcome them into our respective countries.

What could possibly go wrong?

Not to worry, we have 20,000,000 "illegal", or is it "undocumented", "aliens", or is it "immigrants" in the US and more each day. And the Libs say it's not a problem. So you will have more Social aid, but what's a few $10,000,000,000, you can afford it. Just add it to the national debt, works like a charm. Call China. And don't forget to build a few more prisons, because the crime rate is going to rise, but that's more work, prosperity. And you'll get a few more language options on the phone and new food, you're going to love it.

In that video, it makes you wonder if the water was poisoned or the like.
Again, angry young men, poorly educated ' in the wider sense or the word ' ?
Or just plain sent with an agenda in mind ?
Do we need this filth ?
Their uniform behaviour makes me wonder if i smell a rat...
I won't use the analogy of pork, that is beneath me, like belly.
Crispy and wholesome.
Pass the apple sauce please.

I hear that Buckingham Palace has offered refuge to several ( i baulk at using the word refugees ) immigrants.
I'm not sure that is fair on them, being that the Duke of Edinburgh is their
natural predator.

Why won't the mainstream media wake up? It is easy to see these young men are economic migrants. They walk through safe havens and try to get to countries with the best welfare.
They are in the main fit healthy young men, why are they not staying home to fight Isis and sending the women and children ?

Well, no surprises here.

I'm embarrassed by the remarks above. As fellow car guys, I admire you all. As human beings, who ought to have some compassion, I'm considerably less enthralled with all of you, and I'm being more polite on this than I ought to be. But there's enough vitriol here for everyone and I'm not keen to add to it. Shame on you, all of you.

Just WOGGs being WOGGs Jim.

And yes, there is a lot of fear here in the UK and nothing we've seen or are being told has alleviated that fear.

Humanitarianism aside, the consequences of the arrival of large numbers of disenfranchised "refugees" into compact societies such as in Europe could be catastrophic.

Many of these "migrants" are not what they seem. I have personally spoken to a Hungarian friend who has just returned to the UK and he (who's family fought the Russians in the '50's) said it was a terrifying experience and nothing short of an organised invasion.

When 10,000 ill mannered males turn up on your door step, what would you feel?

I admire your stance though Jim, and I think it does you credit but these are difficult times and we have a responsibility for our families futures. There are other, as yet, unexplored solutions to this issue and they will figure it out. In the meantime, they must be prevented from coming.

Not a bad effort - managed to dehumanise a few million people and yourselves in one fell swoop.

Filth?! Wow...

Tim.
That's not it at all Tim. That is gross misrepresentation. All around me here, local authorities are preparing to receive the first influx. The residents of my area have been more than generous in donating money, clothing and food. There are collection points all through the Forest area. What is your neighbourhood doing?

There has to be a differentiation between genuine refugees and economic migrants organised by criminal gangs. If not, borders will be shut forever and genuine refugees will be the first to suffer.

My family adopted two Vietnamese refugee children, fostered a few others and befriended and assisted many others, many adults included. I am no stranger to the problem.

My adopted brother and sister were also called filth and treated appallingly with insult and violence only a street corner away.

The stories of their escape, journey and treatment in camps where they were held for two years are harrowing to say the least.

There were some bad guys hiding among those groups and yes they need to be weeded out, the rest though should be treated with compassion and dignity, many of them will have seen horrors the rest of us would be better not to imagine.

Keith, you do not let me down, this is a complex situation and I respect your considered opinion. I assure you the difficulties of this situation are not lost on me and I don't plead for mass opening of gates. I ignored most of the vitriol but there is content there that needs to be shown for what it is.
When I see people called filth I see the eyes of my adopted brother as he stepped off a bus and two people followed him off calling him exactly that, not knowing I was there to meet him. That young man is now an engineer. Those two young bastards are unlikely to have been as useful I think.

Tim.

Neglected to mention something -
Pretty well all of the people my family assisted were accused of being other than refugee at one time or another.

Tim.

Unlike a lot of other countries within the EU the UK is not in a position to accept these migrants/refugees. We already have a dire housing shortage,a stretched NHS system and quite a high unemployment rate. We can perhaps do our bit for the genuine refugees but the rest are just migrant workers that are seeking a better life. The door needs to remain firmly shut and perhaps stuff a big rubber bung in that poxy tunnel.
