More problems with Ford

The way of the world unfortunately. If they don't put the warnings in (which are mostly common sense) some a**hole will sue them for not warning them that it is not a good idea to start a motor without first putting oil in.:dead: I really think we should get back to survival of the fittest and do away with warnings of all types. That way dickheads with no brains will soon be extinct and not around to sue anybody.:pepper:

The Ford bean counters must have over ordered the (i)s for the print dept, perhaps Flatchat could borrow an (o) for his 'Ally".

Considering the evolution Ford has endured to date, this is all enough to make even a died in the wool Ford fanatic crainky.

Per my previous fiasco with a 6007-series long block, they also need to change the torque specs on their ally-head intake bolts from 18 to 3 lb-ft (see last page).

I am SO frustrated they are the company behind the powerplant for my car.
