Looks like your building a mold. Are you planning on selling these, or just for your build?
So it is scaled down from the actual size then correct?

Hello together :)
The work goes on. We builded the header tank. The brake lines are installed. Also the pedals are in. We also builded the frontsplitter with air channels for the brakes. Also in work are the molds for the doors. After that we cut off the nose and starting with formimg of the roof.

After your superb carbon GT you are building another masterpiece;)
May I ask a question ?
For your mold seems you are using sort of compound instade of laminating ? ( have seen that before but never asked what it was )
Is it epoxy stuff or Polyester ??
Which is the reason to use this process ? less compression on the plug ? or future molding part in prepeg Carbon ?
Seems that you can get bigger mold thickness quickly whitout boring lamination !!!!! and probably less "exotherm effects "

Hello
I dont know really how its called in english. Its laminating ceramics.
You put on first, the mold resin with a little bit flocks, then drying time, after that you put one layer glassfiber and starting with the laminating ceramics with two layers. Thats a mat that you soak with plaster and put on the wet glass layer. At the end you have a very stiff mold.

Seems to be a very interesting material
Do you use gelcoat before mold processing to have a nice and clean mold aspect ?
The plug can be only primer ? no use of Durabuilt in order not to stick to the mold ?
( have had in the past so many sticky problems if no durabuilt and polished )
Use of usual wax ? or special one
Cost ; pricy or not comparativly to normal lamination ?

Hello :) first on the clean surface is Wax. After that comes the mold resin with flocks powdered on it that gives a better holz for the glass layer. Its more expensive but you get a clean mold with laminating ceramics.

Where do you intend to use this very very nice project ? Some races ( which ones? ) or only trackdays for fun
It's so big amount of hours on so professionals tooling and building assembling .............................. :p

Do you intend to "post cure" all the carbon you are molding ?
