RBT rebuilt Dash-1 ZF for sale

Guys,

A Mangusta-owning friend named Tom Galli has a GT40-ready Dash-1 ZF for sale. It came out of a 1971 Pantera, so it has the 4.22 ring and pinion (his Mangusta has a 4.50 R&P). He sent it to Lloyd Butfoy who completely rebuilt it, and modified it to run inverted in proper GT40/Mangusta orientation.

He's never installed it in his car, and is now realizing that he's never going to get around to it, as his existing gearbox works fine. So his freshly rebuilt ZF is now for sale. It's located in Marin County, CA, just north of San Francisco.

Here is a photo of the gearbox, still with the RBT rebuild ID tag on it. Next is a photo of the ID tag showing the gear ratios. Finally, he also has the original Pantera bellhousing which has been redrilled to accept the gearbox in an inverted position. This bellhousing will bolt right up to any Ford smallblock (289/302, 351W, 351C).

Asking price is $9K for the gearbox, and $350 for the bellhousing. Shipping would be additional of course.
