Serpentine setups

I wonder if a few of you gents would mind posting some photos of serpentine setups.
I did a search, and found some good photos, but I am still having trouble locating the idler pulley with clearance for the bulkhead.
I am currently setup with the Ford Motorsport short pump, with standard rotation, but it puts my water tubes in a difficult place, the reverse rotation Ford Explorer pump is what the eventual plan is and I have the parts, just need some ideas on were I might put the idler/tensioner.
Thanks in advance
Cheers
Phil

Hi Phil
These were taken in the mock up stage, so still a few refinements to make.
Had an issue with the top left idler hitting the bulkhead panel. So fitted the smallest pulley on that side and had to fit a larger pulley on the ride side to stop the belts kissing.

Thanks Clayton:
I really like the way your water tubes came out, and I can tell you that looking at your detailed photos I probably need to re-think my alternator mounting. Mine is on the left side looking at the front of the motor.
Also, an issue I have is the proximity of the motor to the bulkhead..I am much closer to the firewall than your chassis, but I believe with a setup similar to yours it is do-able.
Thanks for the great photos.

Thanks MMurphy, that I think is very close to what I might need to do, or at least a really good alternative.
I have a 302 block with the Explorer pump and timing cover mounted on it, I am hoping to get that all sorted out independent of starting the existing motor and later switch over to the serpentine setup.
Thanks for the photo and input.
Cheers

I love those inlet and outlet coolant pipes you have there. My guess is they are custom made..... I would love a set.....

Yes they are, but with a few mandrel bends you could make a set of your own.... Here's the other end. Sorry for thread drift Phil
