To pass inspection I, and would beieve most out there need some type of horn. What do the RF,ERA,CAV and others offer.Did the orignal cars sold for street use just have stock ford horns from 1966 pasenger cars or some air horns of sort.What are you using? Steve

i will be using air horns. i like the air horns from the porsche 911.

Road cars had "standard" horns.
A pair, 1 low and 1 high tone.
Altough, not of Ford brand.

The high and low horns are available at NAPA:

Horn - Fiamm Low Tone NAPA 730-1054

what do the original horns sound like? Are they decent or are we better off looking for something more modern?
