Tyre pressure and punctures

Hi all,
I am running 335 VR P zeros on the back and 235 VR P zeros on the front. What tyre pressures should I be using please ?

Also, has anyone any thoughts on this method of preventing punctures on the road .

I personally wouldnt go by what anyone else says they run their tires at. If you have a laser thermometer or better yet, buy a tire probe one, drive the car normally, measure the temp on the edges and in the center as soon as you stop. IF the center is warmer, you need less air, if the edges are warmer, more air. If only 1 edge is warmer than the rest, that is due to alignment. Let the tires cool overnight and check what the cold pressure is. On the track, you can do the same, and each tire can have its own individual pressure, depending on the track.
Just a rough guide, hope it helps.
