Hi Guys, got to do a pulley change as above, watching the videos on youtube suggests a special puller needed, is that necessary?

Probably is. All power steering pulleys I’ve messed with require the puller. It grasps the typically plastic pulley at the hub and pushes in the shaft. If you don’t use it and try and get the pulley off using a traditional puller grabbing the edges it typically breaks. I know that from experience, unfortunately.
