Hi,

Here is my ZF 5DS25-2 transaxle w/LSD
Its now up for sale at £11 500
Fully reconditioned and rebuilt with an uprated top plate by ZF specialist Peter Bashtarz in Austria, February 2020

Final drive ratio is 3.750
Shaft 1-1/8in w/10 teeth

This ZF has not been used or installed in any of my SGTs yet, and is now surplus to requirements.

Not bad for a rebuilt one. Saving up some money to one-day convert mine.. hope to find a similar deal at that point in time.

Gears update:
I’m awaiting the build sheet.
Gears are as per tag, except diff

1 - 2.56
2 - 1.72
3 - 1.31
4 - 0.96
5 - 0.704

Diff 4.22 according to Peter.

LSD installed, unsure of its setting as it’s setting is as delivered.

Gears are as stated on the plaque, but with a 4.22 diff. The cnc'd top plate can be swapped out for a more original ZF one.
Only reason for using this cnc top plate was to strengthen the case and make it more durable. LSD setting is as delivered.
