Personally I wouldn't trust a transaxle that had been sat for 15 years, I'd prefer to know it had been used recently. If stored and not turned over occasionally the gear clusters not immersed in oil may have rust on them. Then this is still a Panetra transaxle i.e. requires the ring gear flipped, so count on spending at least $3K (assuming nothing is wrong inside) and a wait to get it to a useable condition.
