I would have to say that the Chaparral 2J is my most favorite of all the chaparrals. It truly looked like a space craft out in the field; and has always been somewhat of a mystery car... With is huge sucker fans and second engine driving them, along with Chaparrals ‘secret’ transmission. From what I understand, the car was killed by other race teams (Mclaren) lobbying for the car to be banned. Oh… what could have been only if things were different… |
