To clarify the above statement,the wheels are in fact new,the "well travelled" refers to the fact that Simmons originally refused to chrome the wheels and were informed by
PR that I would be getting them done,if not by them,then by someone else.They then relented,but would only use one chrome plater at a rather pricey fee.The wheels were then manufactured and polished in Sydney,sent to Melbourne for chroming,then back to Sydney for final assembly before delivery to
PR in Brisbane.
A rather time consuming progress but I think once the tyres and spinners are fitted and mounted on the car it will be worth it.
