If anyone has a real good, high resolution (3-4 megapixel) digital camera shot of their, or someone elses, replica or real mk1 and/or mk4 in a cool looking pose, could you email it to alanda@telus.net I got a new printer and am aching for a nice, big 40 pic to print. thx

Hi Eric, I have access to a lot of GT40 images (all CAV GT40's). However most of them are in the 1.5-2 million megapixels range. If you are interested in any, then please just email me and I will see what I can pull out for you.

Thanks for the help guys. I am going to make reqests now because i got some awsome photos. 1. dead on side view with front and rear flipped up 2. your favourite engine compartment view, i have seen some ok shots of that around but not high enough resolution to print huge or not the shot i wanted,which is a shot taken slightly from the rear and elevated to show the exhaust, tranny motor and suspension all in one.
The reason i was hoping for high res. images is if i really fall in love with one, (i think i have) i want to have it printed into a poster to stick on the wall of my garage. Thank you in advance.
ps. Ron whenever the new forum is figured out and if it allows photos to be on it, i think there should be a photo album page of some sort cause there is alot of awsome pics out there that really need to be shared.

ok the email i used doesnt work for som reason beyond my understanding, i can send but not receive so if you use alandaeric@hotmail.com i will get it hopefully without my account being too full.
Gordon, i like alot of the pics you have but when i use this fancy program to print on a 8.5 X 11 peice of paper i get a big red warning that it only is at 26dpi, when the pic is blown up that big. To all who sent pics thank you, still hopeing for a mk4.
