From the collection of a good friend of mine I can post these ORIGINAL Ford pictures and press material. The sketch is the earliest GT40 material I have seen. It was on a brochure issued in 1963 called "X Styling Cars" that features the Mustang II show car, the "Cougar," a concept car on a 260 Cobra chassis and the "Allegro" a sports coupe concept. The GT40 drawing was on the last page.
Also the commonly seen picture from the airport of GT 101...
My friend Jim would routinely writr to Ford asking for information so they put him on the press list and sent press releases and photos to him. As a certified pack-rat he never threw anything away thus these jems. It is really neat to hold an original print of the GT pictures and realize how few originals are still around...
