OK, so I'm new to '40s, but the rear hinge arrangement on my KVA is awful! lift it up, wiggle it back, lift it up some more...surely there's a better solution? I bet you GTD guys don't have to do that?
Seriously, is there a mod for the KVA rear bodywork hinge?

The early KVA's had the hinge pivot too high so that the wheel arch fouled the tyre before the body (rear clip) was fully open. There is a simple modification. E-mail me sometime and I will send you a picture.
