Trying to Find Owner of P216 TAG

I'm trying to locate the owner of a dark blue tornado car reg no P216 TAG. It's got removeable roof panels and orange split rims and is somewhere in the UK.

I've tried the GT Enthusiasts club but it's not on their register.

Can anyone help?

Thanks Randy, it's amazing how quickly time goes by......can't believe it's been November since I've been on. Too many long hours in the garage.......
