competition seats

Hi, I'm new to the board, and i'm working on a GT40 replica based on the T3 design of Randy Treadwell from Colorado. Melson motorsports took over the jigs and body molds and is producing this replica now. My question is, I have 18 inches of width, and 35 inches of height in which to locate a competition drivers seat. So far, all the Sparco and Momo and OMP seats i've looked at won't fit. Any suggestions? many thanks in advance.

Re: competition seats

do you mean 124 degrees reclining? is that measured from horizontal? what are Frank's seats made out of, and what is the general price range?

thanks much

Re: competition seats

Randy, I think about the only seat along the lines of those you mention, that is somewhat affordable any way, is the A4 seat from Corbeau. I am using these seats in my car. They are around $320.

Re: competition seats

You might also try Procarbyscat.com

Their Rave seat looks good, and saysit's 18" wide.
