Windsor Jr cast iron high flow heads for Ford small block
Part number 053030-1 180cc ports
1.94"x1.600" stainless steel valves max lift.560" 58cc Chamber
Complete with screw in studs and guide plates.
Matching Alloy Roller rockers (1.6 ) available for £120 (cost £200 from real steel), or £500 for both.
Chrome valve covers thrown in also.
Heads are 3 years old but have done only 300 miles in the car and are in excellent condition. Cost £850 new. Suits Flat tappet cams, but for high lift roller cams, a valve spring upgrade would need to be done
