OEM Ford GT GT40 car cover & bag

Hi. My uncle bought a GT40 and it came with(or he paid for!) the car cover. Well long story short I was cleaning out the warehouse and this was just sitting in the corner brand new, never used. I was about to throw it away and though it must be worth something to someone. Anyway it's OEM/Real/Not some knock off.

They sell for $680.53 + tax on the ford site:
Part Number: 19A412
Part Description: Silver / Black

It's brand new, and $400 bucks will get it shipped w/ tracking to anywhere in the USA.

I did try and find these on the forum for sale but didn't see any. I feel the price is fair? If I am to far off on the high end let me know what you feel it's worth!

Re: OEM Ford GT GT40 car cover & bag

Right idea, but:

Ford stopped building GT40s in 1969. What your uncle bought was not a GT40, it was a Ford GT, which is a completely different animal--a modern pastiche on the original 1960s race legend.

Owners of the modern Ford GT street cars have their own forum, here:

The Ford GT Forum

I'm sure you'll find interest for your car cover there.

Best of luck to you!
