Aluminum Block Turn Key....

I'm trying to research the best aluminum block SBF available for install in my gt40. Specifically, I'd like a complete engine (carbs to pan) with: basic Holley 4 barrel, 331/347, rigid aluminum block, performance heads/cam, modest compression, runs on premium w/o a really lumpy idle. Ideally, looking for 410+hp and 380+ft/lbs, both at moderate rpm.

Can anyone suggest a good builder capable of putting together such an engine? Thanks in advance.
