Re: Door mirrors

FWIW, while driving home from work the other night, I noticed that the door mirrors on the Chrysler Crossfire could be considered appropriate for a 40.

They appear to extend further outboard than RX7 items giving potentially better visibility and are electric controlled. They also look reasonably compact and not quite as bulky as the "new" mini mirrors.

Another thought was also the mirrors from the MX5 (Miata)

Re: Door mirrors

Rick,
Exactly the same thought I have had, and they are also quite nicely sculptured. They are also now starting to appear on Fleabay and Breaker yards.

Re: Door mirrors

Jim (or anyone else for that matter)
The Saab switch appears to be the same as a Vauxhall switch used for many years on various cars. I have one of each. Can anyone post what the wires do, or PM me with the connections. I tried to work it out with a continuity meter, and can't make any sense of it.
Thanks
