Interesting hood vents

I found these hood vents surfing. Many different models. Might be of interest for lots of home built things. Not crazy $ either.

Those look a lot like the front "fender vents" I see on vehicles similar to the SLC.

I don’t know.... They look a lot like the laser cut Cobra Side Louvers that Factory Five gives with all their Cobra kits. You need to try and fold out the louvers as well as top and bottom mounts. I’ve built 6 of those cars and only had one set of those darned louvers actually bend without breaking and that was only because I annealed the metal first.

They look like they came off of a 1985 IROC Z.
