Need a shifter mechanism

To make a long story short, I need the stock shifter mechanism out of a Audi/Getrag 016 box. I need the rod, the cover plate, and the knob that bolts on the rod.

For my old RF project I had those modified and sent them to the buyer of the kit. I was expecting a new one from Roaring Forties, but we know how that turned out. So, now I need the stock pieces back because the Lola will use a cool shifter that bolts on the stock box bits.

Anything anyone has along these lines let me know.
