Kit Central gt40 Chassis Plans

Hello,

Has anyone built a chassis from these plans, or even bought them to know of there quality? I have a set of Chris Melia's plans and have been making a cad mock up of them. They lack suspension details though. Kit central's have suspension plans but i don't know of their quality. Any information will help.

I have a feeling these plans have been around for a long time, and somewhere in the deep, dark recesses of my mind I think they MAY be incomplete. Somebody else may have a better recollection.

I should think Chris's plans would be top notch for your purposes however and I'm sure for a kind word and a consideration he might even include a suspension layout detail for you, dependent on which route you are going to take. A lot depends on your choice. Some research on this site will give you valuable insight especially those threads from the GT40 scratch builders.

Thanks for the info, im just trying to figure everything out because in the next few months i am going to build a space frame for a Fiberfab kitcar. A real gt40 would be nice but the Fiberfab will due for now (I'm a college student with little money). With a great deal of modifications, i hope to make it similar to Jeff Leavers Fiberfab
