I needed to do something to get over the misery of not doing Manx this year, so just booked trackday with Gold Track - UK Motorcycle and Car Track Days - Silverstone - Brands Hatch - Oulton Park for 14th May, Silverstone GP circuit (105db). My car might well be going under the surgeons knife soon so will need a thrash sorry, a test afterwards. But depending on recovery times I guess I need to leave the booking till closer to the time.

As always, Malcolm, it would be great if you can make it. My 40 is unlikely to be ready for this date, but the Comp Coupe is always up for a 'thrash'. There's also been some interest from a few Corvette owners, so it could turn out to be a nice gathering of Detroit-metal!

Hi Guys
Sorry but won't have my car at Silverstone this Thursday coming as it will not be finished in time. I would rather wait to the next day June 8th, than rush the project and not be fully satisfied with the end result. Will try and pop in though to say hi.
