The Gov. of GA. pulled the sales tax from gas for the month of Sept. to try and help out(since the tax revenues are up about 1-200% this year). Ga. has one of the lowest taxes on gas. I found a gas station just up the road from me with regular at $2.35. Cars were lined up waiting. Everybody else was at $2.55
