According to what I know..seems this year Mr. Torquenstein ( Torquenstein - 2006 & 2004 Gumball 3000 & Gumball Rally Champion ) reach the second place in Gumball rally after a Bentley in his brand new Ford GT
Torquenstein - The Cars & the Team - Ford Gt - Dodge Viper

In 2004 this fellow completely crashed a Dodge Viper YouTube - Dodge Viper Accident Gumball 3000 and from the few we can see probably due to a rear tyre failure.

This year have been surely better, and with a too nicer car.
(do u think the ford gt will arrive in one piece to the next race? )

the guys makes his money from the gumball, the have tv broadcasting rights, clothes, and two or three movies, of the last gumballs, the entry fee is something like 50000$

LOL...explanation:
Italian police believes the "Team Polizei" is a sort of REAL police (maybe from germany..BOH...doesnt have german police cars writed over..Polizei? ) and doing something secret in Italy (with a tuned M5.. ).
The barehead driver tells something in a very clear english,but nearly surely the italian doesnt understands well (says "sì..sì..va bene..si..") and helps the Team in his mission, simply crossing the city at an incredible speed with a Subaru forester 4x4.
The italian police goes SO fast around and also team polizei crew laughs at theme.

They take too many risks and risks, believing to help foreign police...in reach the highway(I try eneter typical sunny Italy policeman...foreigners..bmw m5...german..a blond girl...DOH )

Think absolutely nobody from "ministero degli interni" (police headquarter)will never took an eye to this movie,and also if they will...surely nothing will happen.
I am sure the only thing our policeman want to be clear..is their driving skill,even more to fu***** foreigners..we have ferrari down here ehh sisi....and our fiat are the same, cause in the same red.).
Remember also Ferrari ALWAYS use to make a shake down to their cars in the road straight outside the factory.

Btw,just last night I nearly was killed by similar Police Subaru Forester here near my shop, but this is funny Italy..and I am not surprised, just hope my german steel VW panzer will resist in such crash,but I am not so sure.
Wasnt VW greatest positive point even their internal cars safety?I am the dummy ready to test it......
