Bertone factory nearly gone..

Listening a program here in tv, where they talk to bertone and pininfarina workers.

Indirectly they all still thank u also Jim for the work he bring there with his wonderful p4 (and was not at all few).
The workers now in Pininfarina are also from Bertone, and in 2 weeks they are going to fire another big part of theme.

Is really a too sad situation, and is a sign of the terrific economic crisis we have down here..

Hi little soldier,
they grow up too much and now they have no work. We must thank a bit our syndacate who bringged our labor cost so high that now we are not competitive anymore.
Giugiaro, Zagato and some others, by staying at their place, without making noise, they are now in condition to survive honorably without troubles.
Let us hope anyway they can find some more work.
My opinion is that we have no more chance to compete with CHINA.
Only low volumes and high quality products are not clonable from those gentlemen.
